Foundational Mindset shifts

Where do you begin with mindset? Thoughts? Are they my thoughts? Are they thoughts that have been told to me? Are my actions the cause of my thoughts? Are my actions because of the thoughts that have been told to me?

The things we think about can get muddled or persuaded very easily, but it is also very easy for us to control our own thoughts. We have to make the decision of which we would rather have, control or no control.

Most people in the world today choose to have no control and just do as they are told, which is not necessarily a bad thing. The only thing that is bad is if that person wants to be happier and thinks that they will find happiness in external things. That is where dysfunctional thinking begins.

Everyone wants happiness and joy in their life, but most people do not know that the happiness is inside of them waiting to come out and express itself. When you hear motivational speeches, motivational music, and you see all of these people looking so happy, the happiness inside you wants to come out. The only problem is, the thoughts in your head stop that happiness from coming out and enjoying the vibes. You start to think, well they are happy because they have a lot of money or they are happy because they just won a prize or a girl or a guy or they are happy because they just got a new car. We start to make up stories as to why they are allowed to be happy and we are not.

Now you may be thinking, yes that is exactly why I cannot be happy because I do not have the money, fame, or material things, but once I get those things, then I will be happy. This could not be further from the truth. Happiness comes from within us and has always been there. There was a great metaphor for what the universe has to provide for us. Everything has already been created and is all around us. Just like radio waves that we can only hear when we turn the radio on and to a specific station. We have to vibrate at that frequency in order for us to experience that happiness or joy or money. We are the cause and the things we receive are the effect. When we start to resonate and vibrate at a frequency that is in harmony with the things we want, we receive it.

Think about the last time you were enjoying yourself with friends or family. Think about how you felt and how the energy of the environment you were in. That did not happen by accident, everyone was vibing and were all experiencing those feelings the same and it was a great time. Now think about the last time an experience you had was bad. You started to feel scared, fearful or just down. Your vibrations became low and the experience you had was low.

We manifest what we think into our reality. We control what happens to us and we have control to make things better in our life. We have the right to more life. When we start to think better thoughts and vibrate at a higher frequency, more opportunities start to show up, better people start to show up and we start to experience the life that we have always wanted

So if you are feeling down or feeling like you need a change in your life, start to think about what you are thinking about. Is it good? Does it serve you? Can it bring the life you want? What is the frequency that you are vibrating at? Is it high or low? Are you ready and willing to change it?

If you are ready to start making a change and want to start living your life the way you want to. Start by making a leap of faith and start paying attention the the things you want in life and become harmonious with the vibrations of those things. Start to make conscious decisions of moving forward and toward what you want in life. Once you decide to move forward into more life, you will start to see the change happen and begin to manifest the life you want to live.

So go forth and create your reality and control your thoughts and actions. After all, those are the only things we control in this life.
