Our goal is not just to alleviate symptoms, but to address the root causes of your pain and improve your overall well-being. Each treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs and goals
This answer is always it depends. Pain can go away in one session, but come back later on. Or it can take months to start to feel better. In my experience, my clients tend to start to feel and see results within 4-6 sessions
Yes! I offer packages if you pay up front, there is a 15% discount. There are also referral incentives as well.
Some of the packages for training are 3, 6, or 12 month packages.
For treatment the packages range from 4 sessions to 12 sessions.
Consultations consist of a movement screen, to see how your body moves as a whole. Then a table assessment to see how your joints move independent of your whole body. Then there is a deep analysis of stress, lifestyle, nutrition, movement and mental behaviors. This will give me an in depth look at the whole picture so that I can recommend the best plan for you.
During a treatment session, you will be on a treamtent table and will be asked to move in certain directions, possibly be manual muscle tested, and could end with some movement exercises. You will more than likely be sent with homework exercises to ensure progress with your healing.
During training sessions, you will be on the gym floor either working with free weights, cable machine, or isometric machine depending on your goals and tolerance for load.
So I get this question a lot. All of the certification courses and continuing education that I have learned, I was learning along side Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, and Acupuncturists. So I am doing some of the same things that they are doing but they do not have the knowledge of how to apply these things to movement and training. I also have done more research into nutrition and how it effects the nervous system as well as some emotional coaching to help with behavior around food and emotions.
